Please fill in all shipping addresses and consignee's full name in English.

The following only applies to goods shipped from Japan to Hong Kong: *

The product price includes the shipping fee from Japan to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Other regions need to pay the shipping fee when paying for the order.

  • Door-to-door delivery by Japan Post/EMS in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan is free of charge. It will be delivered once by the local post office upon arrival. If there is no one to receive the goods, you can collect it at the post office within 14 days with the postage card.
  • SF Express's free shipping is applicable to orders of HK$500 or above. Products are also shipped directly from Japan. The delivery address can be selected from SF Express stations, SF Express cooperation points, smart cabinets, residential and industrial and commercial addresses, etc. The shipping fee is HK$50 for each order below HK$500. If the order exceeds HK$500 and the wrong selection is made when placing the order, the HK$50 shipping fee will not be refunded. 
  • All products will be sent to the English address that the customer fills in the order. If the mail is sent back to Japan due to an incorrect address or no one is there to receive it, the return postage will be borne by the customer. The cost will be determined by the receipt from the post office or courier company. 
  • Our store reserves the right to change to a more appropriate delivery method based on actual logistics conditions, such as switching to a company with the same postage, or upgrading to DHL/Fedex express delivery for free.
  •  Since all products in our store are shipped directly from Japan to overseas, there are no stores in overseas areas, so there is no return service.
  • All outgoing products will be carefully packaged before being sent to ensure that no product damage occurs during the delivery process. Only long-distance transportation involves factors beyond the control of our company. Please open and inspect the goods as soon as possible after receiving the goods. If the product is seriously damaged, such as the packaging bursting and the food is contaminated, please contact the store within 24 hours after receiving the goods. The store will consider the situation. To arrange a refund or reshipment, the customer may also need to go through insurance claim procedures with the post office or courier company.
  • Timeliness of various transportation methods:
    •  Japan Post / EMS - Delivery takes about 5-8 days after shipment* SF International Express / SF Express Self-Pickup - Delivery takes about 5-8 days after shipment.
    • Express DHL/Fedex Express - Delivery takes about 3-4 days after shipment.
    •  The actual delivery time may be affected by the epidemic/flights/weather/customs spot inspections/holiday factors. Our store will not be responsible for any delays.
